Mr. Goulart originally served as our selling agent during a time when homes selling in our price range were taking a long time to sell. I appreciated his dedication and creativity . He hosted several open houses and looked outside the box putting our home on Craigslist and other sites outside of MLS. He went on to become our buyers agent securing 2 homes and some property. He fought for us and looked out for our best interests and was readily available to answer questions long after the sell. He is also a skilled negotiator and rewrote our offer multiple times to make sure our offer was the one chosen during a crazy bidding war. If you want a typical realtor there are know many good ones in the valley but if you want to make sure you get the best price (selling or buying) and quality of service, Michael stands out as the top in Yakima.

Michael is truly the best and he hustles! I got matched with him through Zillow in April 2020 and we looked at one house. My partner and I recently started seriously looking again in January 2021 and based on our first experience with Michael we knew we wanted him helping us on this journey! We are first time home buyers so he is very informational, professional and really seems to care and have our best interest at heart. We ask him his honest option often and he is not afraid to give it to us, even if it means more work for him. Michael has sold a few houses for us and helped us buy a few, my husband was flipping houses and he has also helped sell/buy our personal homes.
